Lance Jensen is the current 2009 State Natural Body Building Champion and this year will contest the International Natural Bodybuilding Association’s (INBA) Natural Olympia, the pinnacle of this bodybuilding career.

Through years of dedicated training and mastering his nutritional approach, Lance Jensen has achieved at State, National and Asia-pacific level and we wish him all the best for the upcoming Mr Natural Olympia.

Training Philosophy

Training with weights is a past time in which everyone can benefit. It should be embraced by the general population as the means to improving one`s general health and well-being.

Weight training is not just about bigger muscles and improved strength, it improves cardiovascular conditioning and enhance one`s feeling of psychological well- being through endorphin release, improved self image and by achieving goals.

My philosophy is that weight training and bodybuilding should be utilized as a tool to improve one`s overall health and well-being.

Why choose Natural Bodybuilding as a sport?

Embracing Bodybuilding as a sport has allowed me to continually challenge myself to be at my physical and mental peak. It gives me great satisfaction knowing that through my commitment to bodybuilding I can take my body to the extreme to ensure that I get the very best out of it.

Lance Jensen's thoughts about drug use in bodybuilding?

The use of drugs to increase performance, assist with recovery and enlarge musculature is something that has been around for a long time. The decision to use performance enhancing drugs is the individual`s choice. However, if this is your choice, do not step onto a natural bodybuilding stage.
