We can tailor an eating plan to help you achieve your health goals, including controlling and in some cases reversing cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.
If you are already on a plant-based (vegan) diet we recommend you have it assessed and tailored to ensure it is meeting all your nutrient needs. This is especially important if you are underweight, overweight, planning a pregnancy, breastfeeding, raising chiidren, an athlete, have health issues or simply want to achive optimum nutrition.
Advice provided includes tailored meal plans, food preparation ideas and recommendations on supplementation, if required.
